The dentist only looked at my teeth for *maybe* 30 seconds, I am no exaggerating. I know the hygienist is also experienced and knows to look for problems, but the dentist is an actual doctor and I would have liked a more thorough exam

I came in yesterday at 8am for 4 fillings. My right side of my face has been swollen and bruised from the injection and when I called yesterday afternoon, I was told “it’s the luck of the draw.” I’ll be frank, I’m a little ticked off. I spent MONEY filling those cavities. My deductible is gone. I have never had this kind of reaction for fillings, let alone a root canal. It looks like even an extraction may have happened from what’s going on and I’m just pretty upset at the reaction I received.
