Dentist very professional, friendly and accommodating as well as the technician and office staff. Love the high tech xray equipment!

Very friendly. Clean environment

Dr Chen doesn't listen, which is an extremely bad the thing for a patient. wanted to pull an infected tooth, she referred me to an oral surgeon who I've been too and doesn't pull infected teeth.Unsanitary facilityAs I was exiting the Insaw a dental assistant holding a patient down whole Dr Chen looked like she was violently digging for gold in somebody's mouth!The receptionist was the best thing about the whole visit, kind, compassionate and listened.... ( she must be leaving to another job as the office has a help wanted on Indeed ) .People generally give good reviews because the initial problem they went for is no longer bothering them. I factor the visit, how you are treated, how the dr thats never met you cant listen and think because they're the dr, they know you better then you know yourself. And Dr Chen also questioned me and disputed my reasons for a dental visit.

Your wait time for dental cleanings is ridiculous. The dentist rushed to try to put me in for a spot before it was taken because you don't have enough available. Then she had me schedule my follow-up because it would be 12 months out and put me on the call list for cancelations. It is unethical to be taking on more patients if you can't see us in a reasonable time for the most basic appointment. If you don't have enough hygenists don't take new patients. My family and I are going elsewhere.

Amazing staff

The front desk was disorganized and took forever to check me out. I was so nervous going to the dentist after not having been for 2 years and having a broken tooth. I talk fast and loud when I’m nervous and the doctor had to ask me to lower my voice. I wasn’t shouting and nobody outside the room could hear me. It made me feel awful and wish I didn’t have to go back.

It was my first time attending a dental appointment byself because i recently turned 18 and the staff were so kind and sweet and not to mention quick. The ladies at the front desk were nice and understanding even though i was confused and did not know what i was doing they also complimented my earrings which was super sweet and the lady before the dentist was also super nice and patient with me even though i was so confused. And the dentist lady herself was also super nice and helpful and they all made my experience amazing and super quick

The hygienist was amazing!

I cannot express how wonderful the staff is at the West Springfield office. I am very nervous going to the dentist, to say the least I get very scared. The staff was awesome knowing this and made me feel very very comfortable. Everything regarding my issue was explained to me so I could both understand and know what I am faced with. Special Thanks to Colleen who took the time to make my visit both mentally and physically painless - Thank You ! Scheduling an appointment was extremely easy.
