Yeah, there’s experience was very friendly. Connie was awesome and my dentist. I just wished to ask more questions but I’m coming in this Friday to find out how bad if I could be even in still getting positive feedback still getting

Very very nice dentist office. The staff was kind and professional. They answered all of my questions and informed me of the process the enttire way. I felt the dentist was Amazeing very nice and informative. Also the office has ALL of the state of the art equipment I would highly recommend baystate dental for all your dental needs.

Very nice and polite people i met that work there. They are friendly, understanding and actually listened to what i had to say or ask.

Because of the staff it was a very pleasant experience even though I had 18 x rays. The young lady tech was great, and so nice. Dr Patel was great too and the appointment was not rushed.

I needed an appointment in March but have to call to see if any cancellations, I doubt it works out. Too busy

Pushy, didn't listen, created additional problems, talked about patients behind their back, escalated tense situations. HORRIBLE. Will not be returning.
