The assistant/tech was very kind and front desk ladies were incredibly helpful as well. I didn't feel like the dentist cared about me as a patient. She didn't explain what my tooth situation was, and wouldnt even tell me how many fillings I would need (I knew I needed a lot). It felt like I had to pull answers from her about her opinion on my situation. She was pretty blunt and scoffed at me when I asked exactly how many cavities I had. She made the tech tell me instead. Went somewhere else.

Westfield - Connie Dental Assistant was Great but the Dentist Indu Yadav, DMDwas horrible.. She was too busy worrying about my insurance and what it would cover rather than my mouth. Not once did she look in my mouth, it was all about the money.The Dentist Job is to do work the Customer/Patient Requests or required, The Billing Department handles the insurance.She basically discriminated due to my insurance status.

The hygienist, Lisa, was fucking rude as hell. I've had similar issues with another hygienist here, Olga. Seems like an issue with the practice rather than any particular person. You should make sure your staff conduct themselves with common courtesy, politeness, and respect so that you don't look so unprofessional in the future.

Yikes. I feel violated by the meanest dental tech I’ve ever worked with. I’m 62 and a regular dental pt. So consider that- 40 technicians or more. I’m still feeling hurt and bewildered by this experience. I prefer to have the same dentist as well- not a different one every time!!! I felt as if I was thrown to the wolves with no one on my side. People matter, and they have feelings, and those matter, too. I’d give -5 if the ratings allowed here. My first team was excellent. Not this time.

Looking to have tooth restoration work done. Next appointment not until 2027 are you kidding? Have seen reviews of patients that moved and still using the Westfield office? How about moving patients not in the immediate area to other offices? Please open an office in Southwick Massachusetts? Or transfer patients to other offices to take some of the patients load off the Westfield office. In kind regards - J

I lost a permanent crown along with part of my tooth just a few weeks after it was placed. The temporary crown was removed twice. An extra time because they failed to xray it correctly the first time. I do believe this played a significant rolls in losing my tooth.
