The assistant, Connie was very friendly! My dentist however wasn’t as nice. Didn’t even smile or say hello just got to examining my mouth. I already have extreme anxiety so it didn’t really help ease my fears at all.

I would have liked to make an appointment for another cleaning in 6 months as recommended by the ADA. However, I was told that the office was booking out 1 year. That is unacceptable. Perhaps you have too many patients if you can't accomodate patient services at recommended times.

I needed to book a separate appointment to be seen by the doctor. I should not need to schedule an additional appointment to be seen by the doctor. I understand being understaffed, but it's an expectation that the whole appointment would be completed in one day - I wouldn't have minded waiting for the doctor to finish with another patient, but instead, I was placed on a cancellation list.

Schedule is on time, always.The Staff is always courteous. If they make me wait while they give other patients/clients their full attention, then when I interact with them, they provide me their full attention. I respect and appreciate that. Clinical care - I always get top notch care by Katlyn, or at times other dental hygienist and dentists. Billing is explained thoroughly when I ask. Insurance and my costs continue to increase.

The assistant/tech was very kind and front desk ladies were incredibly helpful as well. I didn't feel like the dentist cared about me as a patient. She didn't explain what my tooth situation was, and wouldnt even tell me how many fillings I would need (I knew I needed a lot). It felt like I had to pull answers from her about her opinion on my situation. She was pretty blunt and scoffed at me when I asked exactly how many cavities I had. She made the tech tell me instead. Went somewhere else.
