I was very pleased with the staff and Doctor to resume where I left off at my former dentist. That meant a lot with to me. My fear from years ago has slowly gone away again. Thank you for being so kind.

Staff not friendly, hygienist rough, didn’t thoroughly explain new type of cleaning procedure, no appointments available to continue cleaning for 8 months when I go every 4!!

It was good some things that were New to me but a very good experience

I'm not thrilled. I didn't receive the service advertised "x-rays and cleaning" as the recommended treatment does not seem to be covered by my insurance, although it would have been I guess too simple to just do the basic cleaning.

Shannon was nice at front desk the other lady that works along side her was rude . She told me I had a 10 minute grace period I was only 5 minutes late to my appointment. My appointment was for examine , xray , and cleaning. I was denied my cleaning because “not enough time” the lady at front desk that’s no Shannon told me “ well you did show up late “ so I’m confused what’s the point of the grace period ???? The whole point of my appointment was my cleaning that’s what I really wanted . When I tried to re book the lady said she would call me back and never did . I would not recommend this place .

I had a wonderful experience during my recent dental examination. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and caring. The dental assistant who took my X-rays was excellent and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. The dentist was also very kind, thorough, and professional. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received from the entire team. Thank you all for making my visit such a pleasant experience!
