The dye that you use to identify plaque stains my teeth and doesn't come off for more than a month. Two cleanings ago I informed you about this and you didn't use it the last time. This time the stuff was already in my mouth before I realized what she was doing.

I would like to know about the x-rays you took and why don't you say that my insurance might not cover it. Then it would be up to me to decide if I want those x-rays or not.

The doctor wasn't friendly never he introduced his self only thing he said is you have a tooth out.. open your mouth and let me take a look.

It was not clearly explained to me beforehand that this visit would cost $240- out of pocket. I was under the impression that Masshealth would cover this visit.The work was done and the visit was over when, while checking out, I was informed that I owed the money and that no future appointments would be kept until I paid this money.I had to put it on my Credit Card because I didn't have the $240- in the bank to use a debit card.That is just wrong.

Pleased with staff . An need something to calm me down when working on my teeth I disgusted with the dentist when I was there cuz I have high anxiety.
