It was not clearly explained to me beforehand that this visit would cost $240- out of pocket. I was under the impression that Masshealth would cover this visit.The work was done and the visit was over when, while checking out, I was informed that I owed the money and that no future appointments would be kept until I paid this money.I had to put it on my Credit Card because I didn't have the $240- in the bank to use a debit card.That is just wrong.

Pleased with staff . An need something to calm me down when working on my teeth I disgusted with the dentist when I was there cuz I have high anxiety.

Great staff at desk. Z was great cleaning my teeth.

Xiomora, the Hygienist did not floss my teeth or polish them. Would be happy to speak more about my dissatisfied visit. She was very aggressive with scaling
