Dr. Profenna is so wonderful and I appreciate that she takes the time to thoroughly explain things to me in my visits. The building is clean and the waiting room is really nice! I give 4 stars because the price of my new frames was really high this time-- not sure if it is due to material shortages or what, but it definitely was more than I was expecting. Everything is was stellar at BDP.

Love BDP Uptown! This place is great, and I've been seeing Dr. Kershner for about 5 years now. Always quick, easy, and Dr. Kershner is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Evans was fantastic! Very friendly and explained everything about my eye care plan clearly. The parking situation is somewhat challenging here, but I always arrive early so it doesn't impact my appointment. BDP is great!

I was nervous as heck when I first walked in. I have a little more than -5 eyesight on both eyes. I’m usually talkative but I found myself nervous and quiet. The whole staff is so warm. The staff helped test my eyesight and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I got to know them personally and enjoyed speaking to them about everything: from the super bowl to life itself. At the end of the appointments- I was cracking jokes with them and I would consider them friends on my journey! Dr. Evans spoke to me and discussed in very simple terms how Lasik works. I later met Dr. Evans who answered a ton of my questions and took an interest in my life directions! The Lasik procedure was expectedly done by the team and I can see for the first time in my life. I would give them a 100 out of 10 if I could!

I worked with Dr. Kershner and he was great. He was very patient and helpful. A little background on me. Getting new glasses has historically been very difficult for me. I have bad astigmatism as well as both farsightedness and age onset nearsightedness. I also have a retinal disorder that doesn't impact my eyesight thankfully. Typically, I have to send a new pair of glasses back 1 or 2 times before they are right. They took extra time to very carefully measure my pupil distances and wisely advised me to upgrade to a better quality lens type. This is the first time in years I have walked out with the perfect pair of glasses the first time without having to go back for adjustments or new lenses. Great job and I will be back.

Dr. E has a great manner and the exam resulted in glasses and contact lenses that are of a great prescription for me. The staff was friendly and the ordered contacts arrived in just a few days. Overall a great experience

Everyone in this office seems like they enjoy their jobs, which says a lot about a business. Dr. Evans is great, and the rest of his staff is very friendly and personable as well!

I love this place! This is not your average optometry center. The people here definitely go above and beyond to making sure you are getting what you wanted out of your next pair of glasses or contacts. I've recommended this place to all my coworkers and they all love it.

Amazing team! Very friendly and tells you everything about your eyes along the journey. They helped me pick out my glasses, very friendly employee. Love the experience and customer service I get when coming here. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
