There was a scratching in the vent in my room I went to Melinda to tell her she put in a work order right then when I was walking out Greg was driving past I told him and even though he was off in 10 minutes he came and took care of it right then Knowing it was freaking me out and I wasn't going to be able to sleep. This whole staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond.
