I feel like there is room for improvement in several areas. There’s needs to be better communication between administrators/instructors and students. There were so many times we didn’t have answers to questions. Some staff members were very unapproachable and stand-offish. In the beginning we had no directions for completing new software and it lead to a huge problem and students not completing the assignments and test causing them to fall behind. I’m happy to learn the parking situation has been resolved and you will have access for all students to park in the parking garage when it’s built. Jen was an amazing instructor and I just don’t think there is a better instructor that can get everything in while also having fun and a genuine attitude that she wants all her students to succeed. She’s amazing, I had an overall good experience with BHI.

Ms. B and Ms. Jen make you excited to be here every single day to learn more! These two teachers are absolutely amazing and prepare you completely for the future! Loved being in their classes these past 6 months!

Best decision I’ve ever made was to choose this school!! The staff were so nice and supporting , helping you in every step of the way. Ms. Brittany is an amazing educator!!!!! I can’t explain how helpful , knowledgeable and supportive she was. She is the best!!

This school was the best decision I ever made! The staff and faculty were so nice and helpful making sure you understood what you were getting yourself into. Now, Ms Brittany hands down is the best educator!!! I don’t know how to explain how helpful, knowledgeable and understanding she was. She made sure we learned everything possible and allowed us to work on it hands as much as we could.

Loved this school, learned so much and can definitely say the money is worth it!

Teacher Ms B was amazing. I loved the atmosphere here and all my classmates were great too. Parking wasn’t ideal but I know it’s a work in progress.

Such a great experience as a student here at BHI! The staff is wonderful, and the curriculum is AMAZING I’ve learned so much and can’t wait to start my business!

Instructors Ms Jen and Ms B made my experience at BHI amazing, they were so knowledgeable and I gained so much education and experience from them! The staff and environment is mostly friendly and welcoming also.
