Vehicle has not been delivered to me yetNoneGood communication

When I purchased the vehicle I told them I lived in Jax and asked about the lifetime oil changes. I was told they could be done at any Beaver in Jax but when I tried to schedule they told me I have to go to the one in St. Aug or the Hyundai dealership in OP. I hate the Mitsubishi in OP, it's a mess, so I will drive the 40 min to you guys the first two years despite that not being what I was initially told when I asked.I didn't get a carwash and the Mitsubishi in OP always did that.Great team, overall 5/5.Great customer service.

I was told 3 hours. I waited as I work overnight. But it took 5 hours! Not happy.Be more involved if the vehicle is going to take more time to have the service completed!I didn't purchase my 2024 Outlander from them. As there closer to me. As I look at my sheet given 2 me after the service. I haven't seen as I asked tire rotation both times I have taken it in? Also do they top off all my fluids? I don't think so. When I go to use my wiper fluid to clean the windows it was low and I had to add to it.My local auto shop that I use for my used car always tops off all my fluids. I'm looking at buying another used car but I don't think I'll be going there to give them a chance to earn my business if there this light on servicing my Outlander.

So as my covered last maintenance was done. Unless they offer some great pricing on car maintenance I'll be using my local auto shop.Be upfront on scheduled maintenance proceduresI didn't buy my car there. But I'm glad I don't have 2 go to Deland or Daytona to get the free maintenance that just ended.I have used them 4 service. But my last experience didn't leave me happy. I was told it would take 3 hours to fix a warranty issue. It took 5 hours! I work overnight and went there from just getting off!

Awesome Service Department….. Wish I lived here…….We’re visiting from Webster NY and fell something very concerning in rear drive train in our ‘23 Outlander. I called Beaver because they were the closest dealership. I think I spoke with Edin? Who scheduled me for that same day at 2:00 pm. When I arrived, the service writer went and brought a mechanic out (Joe) so I could ride with him to explain problem. Of course it didn’t happen then, but Joe had a hunch what it was from my description…. They set me up with a loaner,(rental) …. Joe found the problem, as I continued working with Taylor… She’s great… They send me a great video of the many point inspection completed including the cause of the original problem which turned out to be a mfg defect which was covered by warranty. Picked the car up Saturday afternoon so we could head back North the following week…. Great service and great customer service people…… My only complaint was that Mitsubishi Corporate would not cover the cost of the loaner….

Price could always be lower, but Issac was great help and we got right down to business when we talked.Issac and Robert assisted me with the purchase of my vehicle and made the buying process quick and efficient. I had already test drove the vehicle elsewhere and knew what I wanted going in to this deal.Issac was very helpful in the buying process
