Unless they offer some great pricing on car maintenance I'll be using my local auto shop.Be upfront on scheduled maintenance proceduresI didn't buy my car there. But I'm glad I don't have 2 go to Deland or Daytona to get the free maintenance that just ended.I have used them 4 service. But my last experience didn't leave me happy. I was told it would take 3 hours to fix a warranty issue. It took 5 hours! I work overnight and went there from just getting off!

Awesome Service Department….. Wish I lived here…….We’re visiting from Webster NY and fell something very concerning in rear drive train in our ‘23 Outlander. I called Beaver because they were the closest dealership. I think I spoke with Edin? Who scheduled me for that same day at 2:00 pm. When I arrived, the service writer went and brought a mechanic out (Joe) so I could ride with him to explain problem. Of course it didn’t happen then, but Joe had a hunch what it was from my description…. They set me up with a loaner,(rental) …. Joe found the problem, as I continued working with Taylor… She’s great… They send me a great video of the many point inspection completed including the cause of the original problem which turned out to be a mfg defect which was covered by warranty. Picked the car up Saturday afternoon so we could head back North the following week…. Great service and great customer service people…… My only complaint was that Mitsubishi Corporate would not cover the cost of the loaner….

Price could always be lower, but Issac was great help and we got right down to business when we talked.Issac and Robert assisted me with the purchase of my vehicle and made the buying process quick and efficient. I had already test drove the vehicle elsewhere and knew what I wanted going in to this deal.Issac was very helpful in the buying process

I did notice that my driver's side door speaker is not working. They replaced my touchscreen. Would removing the dash and hooking back to this have anything to do with that? I am going to need this looked at.Customer service was top notch and they stepped up and got me the part needed faster than my local dealership where I purchased my car.

Your customer service is tops. The only thing you need to do is make sure to check the audio on your radios because I am not getting any sound from both of my rear passenger speakers. The tweets are fine, just not getting any sound form the speakers.Customer service was tops
