Overall I was verry satisfied. The one issue was the cost grew higher and higher.

I thought 6 is a reasonable number that I would recommend another person about cubesmart. I felt the facility is nicely kept and accessible.

Continual price increases, unfriendly leasing staff, not worth the money.

Clean, love how it was protected from elements. Staff was great.My suggestion would be to have a way for people to get back in the garage door on far end. We exited to get something and had to walk all the way around to get back in in 97 degree heat.

Facility is great, staff is helpful. However, in two years my rate significantly increased by about $80 per month.

They went up with the first few months of renting out my unit. The place I moved into has a 1 year guarantee they wont hike your rent up for 12 months. Also they give you a free month. I had an issue that my card was declined and missed a payment. I made the payment and updated the old card but they would not waive the fee they charged me. At least 1 waive should be allowed for everyone. Especially someone who's a new client like i was. Lastly the unit was extremely tall which meant unless I build shelves going op towards the ceiling I ran out of floor space quicker. Tall ceilings make sense for people staying in a unit for really long periods of time as they do allow a lot of space vertically. If they had t went up on my monthly amount, I might would have been a long term client. I guess turnover rate means little to cube smart?

Accommodating when I needed additional unit at last minute. Units clean.
