Convenience

We reserved a storage unit elsewhere and when we arrived it was unavailable. We were in a jam and went found Bee Safe. Chelsea T. was amazing, she was able to find us a unit on the spot. She was professional and so helpful!

great servivec and help

The customer service and facilities are great. However, I am not a fan of being nickel and dime'd for an additional $16 + $20 + $25 for various fees. Some of which recur monthly. That is on top of the fact that their monthly rates are not inexpensive.

You have a very nice clean facility with a friendly staff. My issue with your company and the reason I will never recommend or use you again is that one month my bill went up from $283 to $417. Really?! Now that I have my unit packed full of my belongings you feel you can stick it to me. You should be ashamed!

Clean, climate control and safe

I loved the facility and the unit itself, but the rent rate increases were absolutely insane! Going from the low $100s to almost $350 dollars over time is nuts. I refused to keep paying that when I could get a unit at another place that was the same size and climate controlled for $100 a month.

Chelsea and staff were most helpful and efficient. Checking in was easy and quick. They have been available and responsive when needed. i really appreciate them.
