The facility is very clean, the staff very helpful, feel safe and secure there, but going up $50 a month is excessive. That’s why I left.

the staff and the facility goes above and beyond what they have to to make sure the customer is satisfied with there unit. they will also answer any questions you may have.

Raising my rent by 30% after 90 days is highway robbery, one stop short of a bait and switch tactic.Also, the offer of "use our truck to move in for free" turned out to be a big fat lie, too. After telling the agent what our plans were and how far the truck would be driven, we were told the only charge would ve a $100 deposit and cost of fuel. After using the truck, a different agent tried to charge me 75 per mile for over 100 miles of driving, over $75! Because I'm a reasonable guy, I agreed to pay half of that. I should have refused to pay anything. If you can't be honest about what you're doing, you shouldn't get paid.

The check in process was very easy; the map to where unit is located was a nice touch. Upon arrival, everything was set up. The only thing we didn't love was the lock; we'd prefer one with a combo rather than a key. Overall, excellent and seamless process.

Easy sign up, the truck was great and very easy to rent and Chelsea was awesome !!

Very good storage facility especially with the main carport entrance to spare you outside weather elements. Cleanliness and the comfortable air conditions inside at all times.
