Staff on site was very professional, the facility was clean. Easy access.

Our experience while using the unit was great, but I’m disappointed that there was no communication about the move-out process. We had emptied the unit but didn’t realize leaving the lock on would keep charges going, and we ended up paying over $800 for a space we were no longer using.

The facility is impeccably clean, sturdy configuration and extremely comfortableThe staff was always respectful, and responsive.

Great location and facility

Ease of use and access. Moved my stuff in yesterday with my family’s help. Had to make 2 trips. It was busy, but we found the room👍

The property is very nice and clean. Mr. Terrence in the front office was very professional he showed me to my storage helped me unlock it and made sure I knew how to lock it back. He has a great sense of humor . The property is surrounded by camera. I love that the storages are inside of a secured building.

Good place just expensive

Nice and clean! I rented the 10 x 5 and it was surprising to find out all the stuff I could get into it.

Your staff members were friendly and seem to be great people. I enjoyed speaking with them on my initial visit and when I came in to close out the account. In a day and age where not everyone cares about customer interaction it’s a pleasure to come across individuals that are sincere and take pride in their job.
