Great service friendly staff

James gave me a tour of the facility. The facility is very clean, well lighted, and climate controlled. The ease of access to my unit was great. The provision of the flat beds makes it easy to move stuff in. The check-in process went flawlessly, and just how James had explained it.

It's too much money for the space available mostly because the price increase every 3 months. I found something for MORE than half the price elsewhere.

Very helpful and communication was top tier . I applied and signed lease online and once I arrived the guy at the desk helped me find my way around with ease .

Deceptive pricing and shady business practices. Promotional month of free storage comes with strings attached: you have to pay for the insurance and special lock. I had my own coverage and lock, but the manager forced me to pay for their lock and insurance for the first month despite not needing either. Rather than try to accomodate me as a customer, the manager went into a fabricated sales pitch about the coverage and lock and why they were a good deal. Complete waste of time and frustrating to deal with. I was very close to taking my business elsewhere, but the manager eventually caved on the insurance requirement (I still bought the unnecessary lock).

Mr.Norman is amazing person. He went above and beyond. I had my storage unit for over year! I finally moved out and wasn't charged for my last payment! Thank you! I will definitely be back or recommend this place to anyone.
