Wonderful

The facility is nice and the on-site management is good....but you just gave us a $60 per month increase. That makes you one of the most expensive storage facilities in Charlotte. It's a 20x10 empty closet. There is no way your overhead requires a $720 per year increase. So we moved.

Very polite, very knowledgeable about the facility and great informative conversation about the facility and the area I would definitely recommend Mr. Norman even helped me get the right size storage unit

Great rate for storage unitNorm was very accommodating and friendly and the process to upgrade my unit was very smooth, informational and easy

The rate kept going up and should have been at the same rate for the remaining time I had my belongings in storage.

Price continuing to go up when it should have been a set rate throughout the years I been there.

Staff has been great. Facility is always clean and looks great.
