The employees are super helpful and professional. I had an issue with moving out of my unit and being charged for the month and the employee working the front immediately apologized and sprung into action. I received a refund almost immediately. I was so impressed with their honesty and professionalism. Mistakes happen but the way people react to a mistake determines their character and this lady had incredible character. I would absolutely recommend this storage unit to anyone.
