Mr Norman was very helpful in assisting me with.my rental unit. He review with me what my.specific needs were so that I would rent the correct size until & he.was exteremly patience with me.

The whole storage industry is a bit confusing. There is a ton of information but no one to help you make sense of the pros and cons of various scenarios. And no live people who are taking a real interest in your particular needs.That is until I met Norman,the general manager and sole employee of Cube on Rocky River Road.He called to see how he could help and to really listen to what I needed.I did find less expensive options to consider,but it isn’t always just about money.It is about trust
