Great service. The manager Chad has great communication skills and customer service.

Easy to work with and responsive

The space was clean. The staff professional and friendly. Got a little irritating, but due to our culture and lack of respect for others, understood, that the bathroom key had to be asked for, not convenient when you're at the storage unit "after hours." But the biggest reason, the price gouging was ridiculous. I appreciate the argument that the cost of everything is going up. In this case - air. Again, I appreciate this is a BIG business, but ridiculous to have a 40%+ increase over the 18 months we were there. Air (space) can't cost that much... no less rise in cost - other than to take advantage of people who pay their bills (or don't - and then y'all just sell the contents and move onto gouging the next owners).

Very reasonable prices and great location. All employees are nice people. The accessibility to my unit was everything, no issues whatsoever.
