Chad at the Cary Bee Storage location is very informative and helpful throughout the process. He is great to work with and has great customer service.

My first experience to rent a storage unit was excellent working with CHAD at the Cary, NC location on Campbell Road. Also, Timothy was helpful, too. From the first day, October 2025, that I visited to tour the facility and decide my needs, Chad was accommodating, explained all in detail and when I exited, he was so kind. The facility is spotless with various unit size options to meet storage needs. If I need to use a storage facility again, I would definitely contact Chad to assist and use this one.

I had problems with my account from the first day when your manager charged me twice for the initial rental. It took almost 4 months to get that straight. Then. After the first month you raised the price. That felt like a gotcha. Once customers have things stored it's easy to raise the price. I would not use your company again.

The facility was great, no complaints there! My only complaint is the rent increased quite significantly over the course of a year and half. We were paying $60 more per month than when we started.

I was not thrilled with the price increases, and was told I could lock in my rate by pre-paying... but that wasn't the case when a rate hike was announced. I also understood i could get my last month pro-rated, which was not able to happen.

It was convenient to my new home and easy to get in and out of the bldg.
