Generally great service. However, got charged twice for fee of $50.39. Called twice with no resolution— agents insist their records show only one charge. Payment made first by personal check locally at Bee-Safe, and second by unauthorized draft of my checking account. Would appreciate your effort to resolve this matter.

I liked how easy it was to reserve a unit online and get access to the unit quickly.
