We have been a customer of yours for about 6 years. You have a nice facility, but your pricing has gotten way out of line. Your current rate for a 10X20 unit is $651/month.We found a similar 10X20 unit, first floor level, climate controlled with good delivery access for $165/month.So, it doesn't take am Einstein to figure out why we moved to a new facility.

Easy access to the storage space.The building is clean and good lighting and ventilation.

Generally great service. However, got charged twice for fee of $50.39. Called twice with no resolution— agents insist their records show only one charge. Payment made first by personal check locally at Bee-Safe, and second by unauthorized draft of my checking account. Would appreciate your effort to resolve this matter.
