Your lady at the desk, Ginger Swanson (I kept her card), was incredibly able, efficient and kind. I recently had surgery and when I came through the door, limping on my cane, the first words out of her mouth were, "can I get you a chair?" I also erred and ordered the wrong size unit. When I came back to correct that, she said, "no problem." She made the changes, gave me the right sized unit and was polite and friendly throughout. She's a great representative for your company. I am almost 80, don't manage computer work well and this personal touch was exactly what I needed.
