Your lady at the desk, Ginger Swanson (I kept her card), was incredibly able, efficient and kind. I recently had surgery and when I came through the door, limping on my cane, the first words out of her mouth were, "can I get you a chair?" I also erred and ordered the wrong size unit. When I came back to correct that, she said, "no problem." She made the changes, gave me the right sized unit and was polite and friendly throughout. She's a great representative for your company. I am almost 80, don't manage computer work well and this personal touch was exactly what I needed.

Great in-person support when I originated the rental and the date that we moved out. Clean rentals, and safe environment. Price was right.

The location was clean, sanitary, and didn't have any particular smell to it. When we got the unit, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was easy to access and use. I also very much appreciate the fact that the company (Bee Safe) donates a portion of their revenue to beekeeping and bee conservation efforts. If it weren't a little too expensive for a monthly cost, I'd probably have kept the unit even longer. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs secure storage.

Office help is excellent and has been for as long as we have had units!

The storage unit is clean, air conditioned, and even has a nice scent in the air. Also, Ginger, the manager was very helpful and even crawled under the gate when my gate was stuck to one of my boxes and helped me get into my unit. She was always friendly unavailable to help when needed
