The location was clean, sanitary, and didn't have any particular smell to it. When we got the unit, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was easy to access and use. I also very much appreciate the fact that the company (Bee Safe) donates a portion of their revenue to beekeeping and bee conservation efforts. If it weren't a little too expensive for a monthly cost, I'd probably have kept the unit even longer. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs secure storage.

Reasonable price and access to moving van

Office help is excellent and has been for as long as we have had units!

The storage unit is clean, air conditioned, and even has a nice scent in the air. Also, Ginger, the manager was very helpful and even crawled under the gate when my gate was stuck to one of my boxes and helped me get into my unit. She was always friendly unavailable to help when needed

Staff professional, knowledgeable, kind and able to handle complicated situation with multiple units and went the extra mile to ask questions and ensure it was done seamless. I will definitely use CubeSmart (Bea Safe Storage) personally and recommend to others.
