Tim your manager is amazing and so customer service oriented in every way! He made this process so easy for me!! He was so helpful and knowledgeable at every turn! I was referred to your facility by my daughter and I could not have been more impressed by the facility and the care you provide to our belongings as well as to your customers!! I needed a larger sized unit (due to upcoming move) and considered moving from CubeSmart to another facility closer to my home. But, after a conversation with management at the CubeSmart facility, I decided to stay there. I closed one unit and moved into another larger unit that was available. The management at the CubeSmart facility in Clemmons are top-notch, understanding, and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering to rent a storage unit.
