I was one of the first people at my location to rent a unit. I have been paying consistently since then and even had a second unit. The raw price difference between both unit even though they were the same size the striking.Here loyalty was not rewarded and I was punished for being a long time customer.I understand the need for pricing raises but also the fact that they were as consistent and as high became untenable.You need to be able to have some type of benefit for scale then then helps longer-term people ride out these increases and instead put that burden on people that are short-term users.

It really was a good stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. It’s more expensive than most storage places and the price increase every year was a lot imo. The gate to get into the drive in area was out of service a lot as well as the elevator. However, it was a good stay.
