Whoever's in charge of setting monthly prices got greedy with the increases. While this was a value when we first started renting the unit, a nearly 40% hike over the past few years is untenable and borderline unethical.

The price for the storage is not a fixed rate and continues to rise every 3 to 6 months. I started paying $99 dollars and if I wouldn’t have moved out I would be paying $200. I had to move to get a better rate.
