It’s just too expensive. The facility is fine, the people who work there are nice, but $219/mo for a 10x5 unit is ridiculous in Greensboro, NC

Quick and easy

Since moving in at the end of April, the air conditioner has not been working. We were never informed of this ahead of moving in. After we signed paperwork, we discovered air was not working when we moved our items in. Upon questioning about it, we were told they were waiting on a part to fix it. It is now the middle of June & air conditioning is not repaired. Due to our request, we were able to move to a first floor space. The floor is cooler but not as cool as should be.We feel upper management has not handled this situation properly & has been misleading renters like us who are storing their valuables.

arbitrary price increase every year

The cost per unit is high and your escalations each year are horrendous. You don’t give a credit for balance of the month when you leave.
