The facility is spectacular! But unfortunately, my rate more than doubled. I expected an increase, but not such a dramatic one.

Instructions were very clear and it was really easy to move into the storage unit. It showed different unit and prices which made it easy to pick which one worked best for me!

The location, access safety and cleanliness of the units is great and I wouldn’t give a 10. However, over the time of having the unit there has been a lot of turnover and staff and different responses have been received regarding the unit and paperwork. My daughter‘s business closed she needed units immediately she had already been in signed up for a unit and asked for additional units when I brought the delivery truck because she was not physically there to sign the paperwork they made me put the unit in my name we have been trying to appropriately switch it over ever since And over the year and a half have been given multiple stories. Additionally, when I came in and canceled the unit. I was never asked any additional questions the unit was canceled and then I asked if there was a prorated refund since the month had been paid. I was told because I did not ask before he hit the button and printed my cancellation There was nothing that could be done because I did not initially ask for my refund.

Way too many price increases both in frequency and amount of increases.
