Justin was very helpful and professional as he was dealing with multiple customers at the same time. This is the location in Jamestown. He made everyone feel like that were his priority.

I didn’t have any issues during my time using storage. My unit was easy to access and the storage access times 6am-10pm were convenient. What made it better was being able to speak with someone in office when I called about moving out.

The cost increased a lot. My belongs were covered with mildew, and everything has a damp smell. I paid for climate control storage to prevent my belongings from being damaged. I'm inspecting the rest of my belongings now. Hopefully, things are not beyond repair.
