Clean Space and affordable pricing

Annual price increases that far exceed inflation are unreasonable. The cost of my unit increased 30% over two years.

The BeeSafe facility is super clean and well lit. It is easy to access and feels very secure. I selected 8 instead of 10 is your pricing system. We had this space since 2018, and although I understand price increases, there should also be long term tenant incentives. Instead each year we were billed $15-20 more per month. This usually occurred in June. That is why I was surprised to get notice of a $20 increase already in March. Our 5'x10' space was going to cost $203.00 per month. This is when I began to check around and realized that we were overpaying and moved out.

It served its purpose but the monthly expense began to climb.

Great location, well maintained/clean facility and excellent staff. Staff is pleasant, professional, communicates well - from start of rental to end. Would rent again if needed.
