We were needing your van for a move and that's basically why we went with you. We reserved it but before we could use it it was out of service. You never fixed or replaced it during the time period we needed it so what good was it. When you promise somethingyou should make it work whatever it takes.You didn't. Also your increase in price was unacceptable.
