The facility was clean and secure, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My reason for moving out was that the cost kept going up. I started around $80/month and after a year was at about $130/month.

Too expensive. Otherwise great. I didn’t mind paying a little more because the location was good, and the facility was well maintained. By the time you raised my rate for the third time you are now almost twice the price of local companies. What you are providing is better, but it’s not that much better.

The storage building is always clean, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. I left for a time and rented at a cheaper place but, my furniture mildewed even though I was paying for climate control, it was dirty and staff was pretty non-existent. So glad I switched back!

In about one year fees increased twice. Otherwise happy with facility and access. Elevator was down about half the time but did have another operating.

It is close by, so convenient, very clean, and the staff at Bee Safe is very helpful.
