The storage building is always clean, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. I left for a time and rented at a cheaper place but, my furniture mildewed even though I was paying for climate control, it was dirty and staff was pretty non-existent. So glad I switched back!

In about one year fees increased twice. Otherwise happy with facility and access. Elevator was down about half the time but did have another operating.

incredibly clean, well maintained, trolleys are awesome to help speed get things in and out. Multiple access points keep getting in and out to various units very easy. And climate temperature is comfortable regardless of weather outside.

the facility is well kept and clean, very easy to access and I enjoy the music played on the speakers. The main reason is the great customer service I received the staff is very friendly and helpful especially Cal , he made the experience positive
