Overall it was a good experience. Unfortunately there was a drainage from the unit next to us which we had to clean up. Good possibility that drainage was from two users back. We had the unit for at least 2.5 years. We had nothing that leaked. We cleaned it up as we moved out.

Cubesmart was fantastic! I rented a 5x5 unit and it was perfect for my belongings! The storage area was always impressively clean and that is always a plus for me! I am in the process of purchasing a shed for my backyard and if I ever need to rent storage space again, it will definitely be a Cubesmart property! A++++++

Affordable & easy access.

The facility is great. Clean, excellent lighting, and secure. Everything was fine until our final move out day. The manager called the police and had one of our movers removed from the property because the manager said our mover "disrespected" him. I was now paying an hourly fee for two movers instead of three. When I asked him repeatedly to reconsider, as it would cost me more, he refused. At this point , I was afraid he would have me removed next. Moving is already stressful, but this made it worse. Bee Safe is a great facility, but I can't give this location a 10.
