The storage facility was always clean, and I felt safe there. However, on numerous occasions, the bathroom would be locked. The last time I was there, it was out of service. This was a major inconvenience being that I had traveled to get to my unit. I had to then, go find a restroom somewhere else.

Front staff is not very friendly and they charge me $20 after leaving

Mainly, price! A lot of times bathroom was not open when it should have been.Even though our company rep tried to call and negotiate a better price because we use them in other areas, no callback! Poor service!

Ventilation, easy access , carts were always available
