The store facility was clean, secure, staff were very friendly. Made you feel at home.

The facility was very nice, clean, and secure.

We used the wine storage units to store our wine. The cooling was not not running and the wine storage area was warm on the 2 different days when we moved out wine out. We have no idea how many days the cooling was not running while our wine was in storage there. We might just as well stored our wine in our new house while we were getting our own conditioned storage solution up and running.

The facility is clean, temperature controled, and seems safe. The safe is helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the rate increased constantly.

The storage facility was always clean, and I felt safe there. However, on numerous occasions, the bathroom would be locked. The last time I was there, it was out of service. This was a major inconvenience being that I had traveled to get to my unit. I had to then, go find a restroom somewhere else.

Front staff is not very friendly and they charge me $20 after leaving
