The policies are terrible. People shouldn’t have to continue to pay when the unit is vacant. People move to different cities and states all the time. It’s inconvenient to have them drive back to unlock a unit that’s vacant for over 15 days. This caused us to pay for a vacant unit for a month and a half. I’m currently using another unit by bee safe and I regret it. Had I known the crap policies I wouldn’t have moved my things there again. We were also locked out of our storage while moving. We were compensated for it but still stressed. I also hate that the store managers can’t seem to do anything about anything. You’re forced to call customer service. It’s too much back and, forth.

The guys in the office are very knowledgeable and kind. They make sure I know what type of storage unit I’m looking into getting. Offer products if I need them. Give them a raise.

The online service was accurate and on point I didn’t see a inside clerk until it was time for me to check out and it just made it easier and less complications. Love you guys.
