Courteous staff, immaculate facility!

Clean, modern, safe, friendly staff.

No problems staff was always nice and professional only thing office was closed at lunchtime and very difficult to call durect to location always get a corporate number

I've rented storage here before and continue to do so as needed. Most importantly, Roz and Nancy are very customer service focused and make every effort to accommodate my needs -- size of unit, proximity to other unit(s) I rent at their facility, ease of access to specific available units, etc. Also, this facility is only two miles from our home, which is convenient. I don't even look at other facilities, even your competitor across the street. I fully trust Roz and Nancy to steer me in the right direction and I fully trust their guidance.
