Great customer service, clean facility and safe

Facility is clean and secure. The price is reasonable for short term storage (less than six months). Nancy is a gem. She is so friendly and helpful. She seems like an outstanding employee who cares for her customers on a personal level.

Roslyn Smalls and Nancy Frazier were very friendly, helpful and professional. They always took time to answer my questions with a great attitude. I enjoyed working with them and we liked Bee Safe Storage.

No restroom facilities otherwise very good

Nicole was great. Very pleasant and nice. Facility was clean, decently maintained. One main drawback was there was one night I needed to access my storage in a urgency and didn’t arrive to it until 945 and was told by customer service there was NO way I could get 24 hour access even if I paid. Only the office could add it. One lady there ( not Nicole) was very pushy and when I walked in she asked if I had my cell phone. I said no it was in the car and she basically told me I should go out to car to get it and give her a 5 star review on Google. Not the reason for the rating however. It was solely based on 2 rent raises within 16 months, over $100 higher than what I moved in at. That is ridiculous when there is U-Haul right across the street that does lower rate increases and only annually.

Great location, great staff, easy to rent

Rosalyn and Nancy are absolutely amazing, but the price went up so quickly on my unit but by the time I closed it, it was $408 a month. The same size unit was going for about $125 online. That’s crazy! The storage place was very neat and clean and organized, and the ladies were always more than wonderful to me, but the pricing was out of hand.

Your rate increases were too often and too high. The facility has a great location and the staff is very nice.
