Bc one time I was locked out my storage n payment was updated they forgot to remove lock when I had arrived to get in my storage

I gave a 1 because I appreciate Steven who works at the location. ( criminally underpaid and you don’t deserve him )The greed I experienced dealing with this company should be brought in a lawsuit. My rent nearly doubled in 30 months. A $ 16 dollar convenience fee for online payments shouts greed. It’s convenient for you , you deserve to have everyone pay with check which would force you to work for your cash.The company is immoral and hopefully you’ll get yours

A point was taken off because of problem with billing, which was corrected when i contacted the unit manager.
