Great communication and flexibility. April was amazing!

I loved the accessibility, the space, the customer service/support, and overall experience was good. I feel like the affordability could use improvement. I received multiple price increases with no additional benefit to my use. Became more expensive than what it was worth.

The unit itself was great but the continued price increases made it no longer an option for us.

Unable to use toilet while there trying to organize. When I was moving most of my stuff into a unit I had already for 6 months I ran out of room so had to get another unit. Price was a lot higher…not same 1st or discount for having 2. Man/woman both rude.

The wonderful woman at the front desk made my experience with getting a unit very pleasant and convenient. She was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. From what I seen, the facility is well kept and very clean. I’m glad that I chose to use this facility.

The staff online and at the location we so friendly and easy to work with. The facility itself is clean, units are easy to access.

While I am very grateful that you were able to accommodate us at the last minute for the unit, you are WAY overpriced. We have 3 other units at Fairview Rd. Storage and we pay a fraction of the cost of what you charge each month, and the units are clean and temperature controlled as well. Otherwise, my only other complaint is that your carts that are available to use are in terrible condition and need to be replaced; the handles don't even stay attached to the cart.

My rate increases every 5 months for the last 3 years from for a 10x5 from $111.00 to $213.00. Now I have a bigger unit for $73.00.
