Easy to access. Everything I wanted for the time period I needed it.

Staff are absolutely great! Very helpful and kind. Easy access to doors and locker and always clean and well kept areas. Easy to sign out box truck and units spotless. Only thing are the karts handles don’t stay in the proper place making it hard to steer them

You increased my rates every year, and I didn't complain. It finally got to the point that I need you to adjust it, and you told me no, so I left. FUCK YOU.

Your prices are double your competition. My reward for being a 3 year customer is prices twice as high as newer clients. There is essentially no difference in service but also no reason not to spend a weekend day and drop my costs from over 400 to below 200 a month. And that is a regular not promotional rate. My promotional at the new place is even less.

The gentleman who helped me the day that I moved to a smaller space was very helpful and patient. I was really pressed for time that day and he made it possible for me to get what I needed without undue delay.

The staff there is amazing.Sonya was so helpful in getting be set my storage unit up. I just moved from out of state and they have accepted my new furniture for deliveries and had them put on my cube…it was awesome!!!
