Your increases are way too high and too often. I hate company’s that are so GREEDY!

Clean well run facility. Easy to get to. Also always have the carts available and well placed.

So, been safe storage and staff was great. No complaints about the location or the people there at all. However, being a new customer and having monthly cost go up over 100 (less than 6 months into renting) was unacceptable and exorbitant.

Staff and units are amazing! I will always rent from here even if I have to drive an hour to do so! I have never met a sweeter group of people!

You jacked my rate up every year. I finally told you that you could come down to the price you rent a new unit for, and you turned me down, so I had to move out. That is completely illogical. You will have some time with the unit being empty, so instead of making what you would charge a new renter, you are making nothing until you can get it rented again. I asked to talk to a manager and you were not of any help. When someone in spring hill tells me they need a storage unit, I will now tell them that they are better to throw their things away than use your company. I really hate you and think you are the scum of the earth. I rented from you for 5 years and always paid on time, and you were fucking cunts in return. Fuck yourself. I will never use you again.

Easy to access. Everything I wanted for the time period I needed it.

Staff are absolutely great! Very helpful and kind. Easy access to doors and locker and always clean and well kept areas. Easy to sign out box truck and units spotless. Only thing are the karts handles don’t stay in the proper place making it hard to steer them
