Great customer service, always heard back from the manager when I called. The office and facility are very clean and well maintained.

Gm was in incredible. It was the cleanest storage unit I’ve ever experienced. Price was amazing more importantly you want to feel like your items are safe in a clean place. This is that place no comparison to other storage units we have experienced in the last 23 years of our travels.

Your rates are extremely high as compared to other facilities. Especially the Bee Safe in Spring Hill. Access to that particular facility has become an issue as well. Even worse, there is only one restroom available to customers for the entire facility. That is ridiculous! I know for a fact there is a restroom on the second floor that has been kept locked since the it opened. Not long after that, one of the two available on the first floor was locked and not available. So, that left one which just defies logic. From the customer perspective, that's unacceptable.

It’s highly likely I would recommend CubeSmart because it’s clean and it was initially affordable/reasonable. The staff at the Spring Hill facility were excellent to work with!

Sonia did a great job helping us with our transfer since our price increased substantially.

Sonia and Lynn were always so helpful throughout the process. They keep an ultra clean facility and are helpful at every opportunity.
