When I first visited CubeSmat in Stuart FL. I met Michele, who worked at the front desk. She is very knowledgeable, personable, informative and a genuinely kind person, I was very impressed.

OK. Not sure I will have enough room..First of ALL ! The BEST (and probably only good thing about this complex is Raphael. He is the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating and helpful person there. Don't loose him..- Your door situation that you have to punch in an 10 digit code every time you want to get into the building with your hands full of stuff you want to store in your unit, is truly annoying and very unpractical- The landing in front of the doors are all lean away from the building which is annoying when you have a cart full of stuff you are trying to roll in and you have to leave it there unattended to walk over the the pin-pad to punch in the freakin' 10 digit number every time and by the time you enter your 10 digit number, your cart has rolled to the middle of the parking lot.- You restrooms ARE LOCKED DURING OPEN HOURS! So if someone has to use the restrooms in a hurry, they have to cross the whole building to get to the office to ask the attendant there (IF they are at the front desk) to go open the door so you can walk across the building again to use the restrooms.. Here is what I say " CLEAN UP IN ISLE 3"- Your carts do not have a proper center of gravity. If you place a heavy load on the end of the cart the cart will flip and spread your stuff all over the floor.. That's if the cart handle that is not secured to the cart doesn't fly off and hit you in head as it flips over. EXTREMELY POOR DESIGN.Look at the bright side, now you have something to work on to make it better...

Making the move from Arizona to Florida, to be closer to family, after the death of my wife, having lived in the same home for 35 years, ‘Storage’ was a new concept for me, and with my new home, not yet vacated, short term Storage was necessary. My particular Unit and it’s Manager (Bee Safe @ 7010 SE Federal Hwy., Stuart, Fla.34997), had an immaculate piece of property, no waste, papers, boxes etc.. Upon entering to sign my Agreement, all was explained clearly and than every effort to make my Unit as accessible as possible for loading and eventual un-loading, Locks were supplied. Access Codes to the Gates, immaculate Bathroom Facilities, a Lobby Entry with any needed Supplies, all neatly displayed. The experience could not have been made easier, nor could I feel more secure about the contents are of my space to be safe and protected. 10 Stars for Format and the Manager overseeing all facets of the Storage Function.

Typically, there are many times when there is no staff on-site. If you are in need of the use of the bathroom, then you will be out of luck because you need to get a key for the bathroom from the onsite staff, good luck and bring diapers or a change of clothes. The other problem with this site is that it uses psychological mind control. of playing the worst possible music at a high enough volume so that you can’t wait to leave the building as soon as possible. I understand that they do this so that they don’t have people renting space and sleeping overnight.
