disappointed that restrooms are not available when offic is open.Why? I thought it was a selling point. I asked if there were restrooms, answer yes. But really the answer should be yes, but they’re locked when the office is closed. There should be a number pad so those with storage units can get entrance with the code.

Management gets 12 out of 10 for courtesy, friendliness and helpful.Like most companies the initial come in offer is low and inviting. Would like to see a 1 year contract before rate increases, got a substantial increase after only 4 months

Excellent management, clean facility, ease of moving in, price is low and free first month. Services offered are amazing and they even have music playing throughout the facility. So happy I moved to this storage unit!
