poor policy regarding access and bathrooms and lack of staff

You broke your contract by not having the air conditioned unit we paid for actually air conditioned. We have a video showing it was 90 degrees inside. We tried multiple times to have a manager contact us, he never did. This is not over.

Place is very safe and very clean. Felisha that works on the front desk is amazing!Easy to sign up. We were taught very well how to get in and out of the storage.

disappointed that restrooms are not available when offic is open.Why? I thought it was a selling point. I asked if there were restrooms, answer yes. But really the answer should be yes, but they’re locked when the office is closed. There should be a number pad so those with storage units can get entrance with the code.
