Clean, well lit, easy access.

Clean. Well kept. But expensive as fuck for a 10x10 room. I was spending more to store items for a side hustle than I was earning. I think overall I broke even.

There has been an associate available each time I’ve been up to the facility. I love that there are rolling carts available for moving things in or out. The facility appears clean. Only wish there was a bit more parking around the building.

9/10. Half point off for not mentioned the mandatory monthly charge for Protection/Insurance during the quote process. Half point off for not showing pricing on the website. Last year when I was shopping for storage units, you had pricing and the sign-up flow on the website.

The facility is always clean and neat. The access hours are good and the office staff were always polite.

Great people to work with. Since I have never used a storage facility before, Phil at the Wake Forest facility was through in explaining how things worked. The price for the unit was very reasonable; I used a truck from them to bring my furniture into the unit at the cost of gas used, so convenient. Between selling a home and buying another home, at the same time, this was a God send to all the other things one has to deal with. Thank you, Phil for all of the help. GW
