The storage space was very nice. The annual increases in price seemed extreme. The first time I questioned it and it was reduced immediately. The second time I felt like the increase was the starting price. That is very dissatisfying.

Not enough grace period for paying late. I paid a whole month plus late fees that lasted me for 6 days. I RECEIVED NO REIMBURSEMENT. I've been on time for over a year and was late once and that's when was moving my stuff out and

Good facility but a nearly 300% increase in rate is unacceptable.
