The storage space was very nice. The annual increases in price seemed extreme. The first time I questioned it and it was reduced immediately. The second time I felt like the increase was the starting price. That is very dissatisfying.

Not enough grace period for paying late. I paid a whole month plus late fees that lasted me for 6 days. I RECEIVED NO REIMBURSEMENT. I've been on time for over a year and was late once and that's when was moving my stuff out and

Very clean building. Staff present and positive customer service.I’m moving out because of recent price increase. Otherwise, I would have continued to use indefinitely.
