I really don’t have a lot to complain about. My biggest frustration is sometimes I’ll put in maintenance request and sometimes they just get ignored. For example, I put in three tickets last year that my internet connection goes in and out literally every day and it happens often (sometimes more than others but it still happens to this day) also, I put in that there was a bunch of furniture out in the parking lot and I was trying to be patient because usually you guys are pretty good about taking care of it and it just got ignored for a week. I’m well aware that some tenants can be hard to deal with and I sincerely sympathize with that because I’ve been through the same thing but you guys have been so good I’ve just hold you to higher standards because you truly are a great company. Your staff is phenomenal. I didn’t handle the situation well and I’m truly sorry for that. On a side note, if you can’t take care of the internet problem, I’ll be ok with it. I know the router is in the laundry room and it’s probably hard to place it somewhere else. I just would like to know it’s not possible to fix the issue and I’ll won’t worry about it. You guys still get 5 stars in my book. Also if this post is public, please take it down. I can write a good review so the public can see it that’s a little shorter haha.

I have loved working with Beehive Property Management especially Gini! She responds to any email immediately and is always there to listen and assist in every way she can. I have loved having them as our Property Management to rent from and am continuing with them for at least another year. Thank you!

There is no follow through. When Evan came to check out a bubbly area on the wall by the shower that had water damage from an old leak, he said he would submit a report to the company. We haven’t heard anything whether he submitted it or if it was processed or denied. We just wait to have things fixed. It’s been over a month. I would love to know it was at least addressed so if they choose not to fix it then at least I know I reported it. Since then we have reported multiple leaks in the drip system & have not received a response.
