Facility is well maintained , service Technician Marco Urquia was professional and knowledgable of his task. He explained in detail what was needed service for my car . Only drawback for me is the travel from Staten Island to New Jersey , have to pay TOLL to get maintenance service at BELL Service Department .Great Quality Customer Care !!
