I'd prefer not to visit 4 times within 2 months of owning a brand new carOn the paper they gave me it says they washed the car but they did notIn addition to the other feedback I already provided, the other reasons I went back to the dealership after buying the car are because it did not have any headrests in the backseatThere is an AI assistant that helps schedule meetings when you call. I was not able to successfully book an appointment that way.Yeah right

The ladies room could have been a bit more clean.Rick the service manager is great.Overall, I typically have a good experience, however, the last few times that I got oil changes, they neglected to reset something electrical and I had to bring the car back each time.

it's not that the waiting area isn't clean because it is, it's just very dismal with worn black furniture and nothing on the walls, i think it could use some reno with perhaps a nice color paint and some artwork. this is not your fault but it's always annoying when people have their phone on speaker and everybody can hear the conversation, i left and went outside briefly and then went into the sales area that is facing the service and had a discreet conversation with a relative as there was no one else sitting there, much better. other than that, all was good!always good service!

Clumsy having to get with a specific advisorDidn't really useRepair not complete, accessory port brokenOn first page (washer fluid flow drivers side), and they BROKE MY ACCESSORY PORTHad to wait while they attempted to fix washer fluid flow (still not right). Didn't know they broke my accessory port until the next day (weekend) when I was heading out of town, and I live out of stateWould love to have my accessory port fixed before I return to AZ and not have to waste vacation time and money in something you broke. Was charged for a wiper blade I didn't need, washer fluid flow still isn't right, was told to contact when in town again, don't know when that will be and my time there is always limited. Disappointing considering I bought both of my last two cars there newNone of the aboveNegated that my time was previous as I was in from out of state until I reminded him more than once
