I like to talk to a person, someone that can enter notes and give info to so that when I come in, the guys know what is GOING ON.When you take the time to talk to a customer, make them feel heard, valued and understand that there are other places they would rather be. Put some dang notes in somewhere. How do you not know that the part was ordered and waiting for your customer. When you go over an issue the second time as if it were the first time.....we don't feel "heard" or valued. Just a turn and burn shop.I had seen Mike about 4 weeks earlier and we discussed how even though there was no active recall, the recall I had in hand was only if a radio was unresponsive, then it would be covered. He said he would order a new head unit and it would be in in about 6 weeks. I was notified that it had arrived and scheduled the service. When I came back, we again, went over the recall issue and he said he would have to order the unit. He didn't even know it was already in their stock and that is why I was there. This kind of thing should not be happening.Once the service was started, it was done quickly.

this is now my second purchase with Bell Road and my second with Abel.
